About Us

Williamson, Inc. Economic Development is the single point of contact for the coordination and facilitation of the continued development of the economy of Williamson County and its six municipalities

The purpose of Williamson, Inc. Economic Development is to grow Williamson County’s economy and improve the quality of life of residents by partnering with the public and private sectors to implement a set of strategic, multi-year initiatives to encourage job and wealth creation. These six strategic initiatives include:

- Promote higher education and workforce development
- Continue to improve regional cooperation
- Continue to develop and implement a strong Existing Business Program
- Recruit targeted business sectors
- Promote a culture of entrepreneurship
